What is your return policy?
Used candles cannot be returned or refunded. In the event the product(s) is damaged during shipping, we will ship replacement product(s) within 4 business days after receiving photographic proof of the damage. Photos must be submitted to dmwenterprisellc@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. You may exchange your candle for another candle of the same size and price within 10 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
